Zero Advance Payment Guarantee We operate on a strict 100% risk-free model. We design, build, and optimize your landing page before you pay. You will have the opportunity to review the live site and test all features. If you are not satisfied with the design, you are under no obligation to proceed, and no charges will be applied.
Annual Subscription Refunds Once you have reviewed the site, approved the design, and paid your annual subscription (Standard, Premium, or Elite), all payments are strictly non-refundable. This is because your payment immediately covers non-recoverable costs, including premium server hosting allocations, security infrastructure, and (if applicable) third-party domain registration fees.
Cancellations & Non-Renewal Your website subscription is valid for 365 days from the date of payment.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us via email or WhatsApp. No further annual charges will be billed.
Non-Renewal: If you choose not to renew your annual package at the end of your billing cycle, your website and its hosting will be permanently taken offline.
Custom Domains (Elite Package): If you are on the Elite Package and choose not to renew your website hosting with us, you retain full ownership of your custom domain (e.g., www.yourbrand.com). We will gladly assist in transferring the domain to your personal registrar account so you can use it elsewhere.
